These terms govern your use of Series Ready and the courses you buy here. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them. Questions: support@seriesreadysi.com.

Your account

You need an account to use the courses. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Course access

When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for the access period shown at checkout (currently 365 days). Your access is for your own study. Please do not share your login, or copy, resell or republish the course materials, questions or audio.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. For refund requests, email us with your order details and we will review your request promptly.

Study material, not advice

The courses are educational material for exam preparation. They are not legal, tax or investment advice. We work to keep them accurate and current, but rules change and we cannot guarantee that every item is error-free or that you will pass an exam. Check current exam details with FINRA or NASAA.

Series Ready is an independent study provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FINRA or NASAA. SIE, Series 6, Series 7 and other exam names are used only to describe the exams our courses prepare you for. Exam specifications change; confirm current details at finra.org and nasaa.org.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, scrape the content, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We may update courses, features and these terms. We will post changes here with a new date. We try to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us for the course involved.
